Rate of Inventory Use
Rates of change can be shown by the gradient when plotting one value against another so you could use the line chart. Put date on the axis, sum of N95 in the values and station in the legend. The slope of the line will show which station is using items faster.
You should probably create a date table and relate it your data table (allowing you to slice and dice by any date period you want)
HotChilli Many thanks for your response. I was hoping to have percentages to show the changes as well and then perhaps plot on a chart that shows the stations depleting their inventory stocks quickly. I tried that line chart but not quite what I wish to show: Forexample I want to show station 1 using the N95 masks with daily or weekly downward trend compared with another station.
Hope that clears the air.
Thanks

Difficult to recommend anything based on the info provided.
I've just dummied up some data to illustrate my suggestion. It shows one station's rate v. another.
If you post some data (not a picture), define your metrics (e.g. 'percentages to show the changes as well') and give your desired outcome I'll see if I can help.

HotChilli Here is the link from google drive:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1GdtOBMA1b9Nkz7hBAATZM76_gwK5D1AI/view?usp=sharing1. What is the use rate for N95 Masks
2. Are there particular stations that are using inventories faster than others and if so what is their use rate??
We can filter by station and shift after we figure out calculation.
Thanks for your help
