Ranking on different criteria

Hello, 

I have a ranking question, i have this two tables:

Based on this two i want to make the following reports:

Choosing a CUI (which is like an ID) in the two cards i want to see the ranking of the chosen CUI in the year 2019 by turnover, and the ranking of the chosen CUI in the year 2019 in the grouping CAEN by turnover.

And the same for the reports but to see the ranking in every year. I want to make a measure for this rankings but i don't know how to filter the table and to take into consideration the filter on the page. 

Please, if anyone have an idea, i hope i was clear enough.
