Hi,
I am trying to create top 3 cards that will calculate the rankings of two matrix tables and provide the names in the boxes of most productive agents from 1st to 3rd. It should look like below.
I have managed to create a rank for each table but when I add them together with a measure, it doesn't bring the correct answer. So I created another matrix table with Top N filter which does work but its not in order of 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Please can you advise if there is any other way to do this? Thank you very much.
@Anonymous , with Rank one can easily filter Rank =1 or Rank =2 etc.
Can share the Rank which dod not work and top productivity which worked?
I have done this at sub category level here https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Winner-Topper-on-Map-How-to-Color-States-on-a-Map-with-Winners/ba-p/890814

Hi Amit, thank you for your response. In excel I would add the rankings of two columns and divide by two to get my result of ranking and then create a macro button to bring the top 3 names in order of 1st, 2nd and 3rd. I basically need to do the exact same thing in PowerBI but it is more complicated. I did manage to get top 3 names by Top N but its not in order of 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
Sorry, I also tried to get Rank =1 filter like you mentioned but I am not sure how to get it.
I have the rankings for both matrix tables and I need to add them together so I can get a new ranking from both to identify the top 3 names in the boxes at the top left.
Please see below a screenshot of what I am trying to achieve.
Really appreciate your help, thank you
