Ranking Measure Help

Hi All,

 

Really new to Power Bi. Odd behavior on the ranking formula. Ranking works as I want for YTD until I add the column License Status. When I do that all of the different statuses get their own ranking but I want it as just a ranking on overall YTD sales.

 

 

FM Territory Rank = RANKX(ALLSELECTED(FM_INFO[Agreement ID]),[FM Sales YTD])

    You will need to provide the Value parameter for RANKX, and compute that with REMOVEFILTERS.

    Base on your description, it seems like the ranking value not correct when adding the column [License Status]. Please update the formula of measure [FM Territory Rank] as below and check if it can return the expected result...

    FM Territory Rank = 
RANKX(
    ALL(FM_INFO[Agreement ID]),
    [FM Sales YTD],
    ,
    DESC,
    DENSE
)

    If the above one can't help you get the expected result, please provide some raw data in your tables(exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples. It would be helpful to find out the solution. You can refer the following link to share the required info:
