Rank for Matrix report

Hi Folks,
I need your help to figure out the issue I am facing right now. So I have two Dimension Supplier and their products and one measure sales. I have to create a matrix table that shows top supplier  and their product information along with the sales. I tried to use Rankx along with the Allselected on supplier field, but if their is only supplier in the report the topn filter works perfectly

but when I added product id in the matrix report shows all the supplier 

my requirement is to have only top supplier and their products list not all the products and supplier. I know this is happening because after adding product in the report their rank become 1 thats why they are on the report. But i do not know how to fix this issue. below is the code that I have used for rank
