Rank dynamically on drilling down/ from slicer

Hello All,

I am trying to rank the 4 dimensions(used in rows) based on drill-down. All 4 dimensions are coming from the same table. I have used the below DAX to get the ranking but it is giving me the incorrect output. 

Ex- If drill-down is on F_level_4 then ranking should be on this dimension, if I am drilling down further then using the next dimension ranks should be assigned.

It will be helpful even if ranking is assigned based on slicer selection.
