    Try this measure: 

    Rank =

RANKX(
    ALLSELECTED('Wine Score'),
    CALCULATE(
        sum('Wine Score'[Score]),
        ALLEXCEPT('Wine Score','Wine Score'[Wine])
    ),
    ,
    DESC,
    Dense
    )
return

My suggestion is that separate in to two tables :

My opinion is that like this will give more clear information to the users. 

All together it will not very clear.
