Random sort in Card (new)

I have encountered an issue using the Card (new).

It worked fine, but when I added a simple conditional format to the value of one of my KPI's it automatically sorted as the first element in the list, and not the 6th as it was designed.

The option I activated was this one

Visual --> Callout Values --> Values --> fx by the color

I based the condition only on the value itself - below or over 0.

As soon as I disabled the conditional format, it went back to the original sorting.

Have anybody seen this issue as well? Is there a known solution?

Hi @Ulrik_Kofod,

Thank you for reaching out in Microsoft Community Forum.

Please follow below to resolve the issue;

1.Reapply the desired sorting after adding conditional formatting by using "Sort ascending" or "Sort descending."

2.Make sure the field used for sorting is the same as the one being formatted.

3.Remove conditional formatting and check if sorting returns to normal.

4.If sorting issues persist, create a separate measure for conditional formatting rather than formatting the value directly.
