Random occurring error in Paginated reports
I have a user that is getting an error when running different Paginated reports. It doesn't happen every time and I have not been able to recreate the error. I've tried to enter the same account id that cuased the error but the report works for me. Since I can't recreate the error I'm not sure what to try to reolve it. Its happening with more than one report. These are PBI paginated reports. The error is as follows. Any suggestions?

As you said, this error happens randomly and you couldn't reproduce it. So my suggestion is you could try to delete the old paginated report and republish it again, this error may be caused by something wrong when publishing.
