Radial Gauge Chart target from column value

Hello,

I have two tables in my report - sales and salesman. In salesman table there is column with target assigned to each salesman. I created filter for dashboard for actual logged user and when it's on, the target value didn't change. It shows sum of all targets in column. I want it to act like other values on report: when the user filter is on I want to see target only for logged user, when filter is off - for all users.
