RPA Analytics | Best Practices | Sample Dashboards | Most useful metrics?
Hi all,
Does anyone here have any experience with making dashbaords based off of Robotic Process Automation solutions? Or really anything that involves robots logs? Does anyone have any sample RPA projects that I can take a look at?
Thus far, I've been able to visualize total sucessful, failed, retried, and abandoned transactions. I was able to show business and application exceptions. And I was able to show total utilization hours, average transactions in seconds, etc.
What am I missing? What are the most common requirements I am missing? Has anyone tried doing money/time saved?

Sounds like you're already making some pretty cool dashboards based on RPA solutions. I don't have any sample projects to share, but I'm curious to hear more about what you're working on.
