RLS with multitenancy
Hii powerbiexpert22
For most multitenant scenarios, a single semantic model with RLS is the best approach because it minimizes cost, simplifies maintenance, and ensures consistent logic across tenants. Separate semantic models (for US/EU) are only recommended when there are strict data-residency, compliance, or performance isolation requirements. From a cost perspective, one shared model with RLS is always cheaper than maintaining multiple regional models or capacities.
