RLS with Single Select Slicer
Hi kewaynes ,
If you use single slicer, you will need to select the correct one manually and then the "Average" will be filtered.
According to your statement, I think you just need to create a dynamic RLS instead of using slicer.

I am no expert on the subject but I think that the custom visual "preselected slicer" could solve this issue: https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/power-bi-visuals/insiderscoop1611244107840.powerbi_customviz_preselected-slicer?tab=overview
Then you just need some way of fetching which language the user is supposed to view. Maybe you can store it in a table along with the user emails?
