RLS with Muti-level organization Hierarchy

Hi all brilliant people out there, I need a help with RLS set up.

I been working with survey data and created Power Bi report. My reports has 8 Slicers on the Cover page which are actually 8 level of Organization hierarchy. L1 to L8. Now the issue is,  I want to give access to end users for their report and some users will be accessing their report which are in different levels. Plus they also want to see all level below reports. For example if someone has access to one team in level-5 in below table PS then he will be able to see all team reports which are part of that team in all level below L6 SP and DP and in level 7 and level 8. 

Access rule: SOme user will have access to all reports, some user will have access to one report e,g NOF in L3, some will have access PS in L5 some will have SP report in level 7. 

Just FYI, my hierachy has multiple teams in some levels plus i also have vs. overall comparsion score in my report which i know works with separate aggregate table but not from same fact table. Thanks
