RLS slowness

hi there,
I implemented RLS on two facts table and two security table Security Company and Security Department

based on User Principal name. Everything goes fine but it looks the RLS slow the reports by alot

I crateed another power bi file with no RLS and it open very fast

My question is the RLS make the system slow and if so how to make it faster?

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    As listed in this document, use RLS for all your users so that Power BI has to query the backend server separately and cache separate reports for every user, which might slow down the report performance.

    the link you provided is no longer available. Could you please refresh it with the right one?

     

    I´ve implemented RLS in my report and it seems to affect the performance of the dashboard in PowerBI Service a lot. How could we improve that?
