RLS role with full access

how to create a role in RLS whose members have full access for power bi report.

@vat2do  Question is incomplete . RLS is basically control the full view to the members. without RLS every body can see all content in the report. Can you rephrase your question?

I have already implemented RLS in my report where users can see specific data, but there are other users who want full access so how can i achieve this.

@vat2do 

1. you can create another Role within that RLS where all records applicable.

2. create separate report (copy report from edit option) and share with those members who needs to see all records
