RLS one person assigned to two different roles in SSAS Tabular

I have two roles defined in the SSAS tabular cube :

RoleA : the user can see the data with filter : Department = "HR"

RoleB : the user can see the data with filter : Department = "FIN" || Department = "XP" || Department = "MKT" 

now when I add a same user to both RoleA and RoleB, the user is seeing only data from Department= "HR"

Based on your description, you could need dynamic RLS with a hierarchy.
