Hi All,
I am using one report data set in another report(Power BI data set). But "manage roles" is disabled in the new report. Any way to enable it?
Appreciate your time.
Thanks,
Muni.

You can't use the RLS option in Live and any Power BI Dataset option. This option available only with Import and Direct Query Connection Mode.

Hi Tahreem,
Thanks for your time.
I am asking about the data set which is built in example reportA used in another reportB as source. "manage roles" option is disabled in the new reportB. How can we enable the "manage roles"?
Thanks,
Muni.

@Anonymous ,
As you are using Power BI dataset so this RLS feature is not available. It may use the RLS setting of your importing dataset (another PBI report).
