I have a access list, One column name is Job Function (has HR, IT, Fin, SCM etc) and Manager of People (Yes, No). I need to implement RLS so that all HR can see the data but Manager of People has (Yes) can see their employee data. Below is an example of access list

Based on your picture and description, you want to set the RLS based on the levels, you can use path() function in user table to completely show the relationship between superiors and subordinates , you can refer to the following case, it is similar and I offered some solutions, hope it helps
