RLS on Hierarchy

Question

HiI want to implement RLS on Hierarchy table.the Hierarchy table is made of 12 columns (from 1 till 12..).and i want to create generic RLS, through users/groups.issue is, that if a user has permissions for level 6, then he will see 6 till 12....if a user has permissions for level 8, then he will see 8 till 12....if a user has permissions for level 3, then he will see 3 till 12....Etc...any ideas?users/groups/etl/powerbi///what is the way?

Thanks but small issue...after i will implement it in the model,still i need to enter the poerbi service and insert every user seperatly...so it is not fully dynamic...can i enter in the power bi service an active directory group...and then i will just refresh the group in my systems?or any other way, so i won't need to enter the system every new users...?
