Hi Team
I have been looking at various videos, blogs, documentations were it uses a simple filter to implement Row Level Security where as I would like to use just the user names(which is email id) to filter out sectors. Attached is a sample information where it seems very simple but it just fails.
the issue is,"its not filtering the sector" & my user can see all the data

any help on this will be appreciated

Hi @vjnvinod ,
I think you are misunderstanding on RLS filter. It works on data model level and it can effect data table records.
For filter/slicer, they works on data view level(visual, measure) to hide records and they not really filtered table records.
