Impactful IndividualRLS in Power BI Apps
can it be possible to implement RLS in Power Apps?

RLS (Row-Level Security) can be implemented when using Power BI Apps, but it is configured at the dataset (semantic model) level, not inside the App itself. You define RLS roles in Power BI Desktop, publish the dataset to the Power BI Service, and assign users to those roles. When the report is included in a Power BI App, users automatically see only the data allowed by their assigned RLS role. The App simply distributes content security is enforced by the dataset behind it.
If you embed a Power BI report inside a Power App, and users authenticate with their own Power BI identity:
