RLS - how to show all data for blanks

Hi All,

I have a table as below with RLS access details, (with region, country) user should see:

For users with blank both region & country I need they can see all the data and I don't know how to implement that, any ideas?

@Anonymous , Actually in such a case, you replace null value with all. Create a tbale where all is on column and a the other column have all country one in each row. Also should have country and country 

like

Country , country name

All, usa

All, UK

All, india

usa, usa

UK, UK

india, india

merge with other table and then use in RLS
