You can try to see the following limitations:

For RLS to work, a user needs to have read only permission in the workspace. Members or admins see everything by default. You can give users”Viewer"role in Workspace.

    Hi Anonymous , thank you very much for your comment! This is not the case, the filter is not working even in power bi desktop where you simulate the roles. Moreover, users are all viewers. I think the problem is in the filter, but I don't know why. Maybe because is an imported table filtering a model??
