    try with this DAX code


    In your RLS role definition (for table 'Dim HR Hierarchy')

    VAR _UserID =
    MAXX(
    FILTER('Dim HR People', 'Dim HR People'[Email] = USERPRINCIPALNAME()),
    'Dim HR People'[ID Key]
    )
    RETURN
    CONTAINSSTRING('Dim HR Hierarchy'[Path], _UserID)
