RLS and default setting

I have impletemented RLS in one of my power bi file. However, all the drop down filters are defaulted to all (meaning no values is selected).

 

So, my senario is I have a RLS applied to department. When the RLS works, it shows the default to All in the department dropdown, when I look at the drop down it shows only the department that RLS has filtered out. This works as design. This is what is shows up:

 

 

 

My question is if RLS is applied, instead of All can it select the deparment that RLS has selected selected. What I would like to see is the following:

    rschaudhr unfortunately it is not possible. If nothing is selected in a slicer, it is treated as all the values are selected.
