RLS Based on User

Hi, 

I want to have a dashboard that shows the number of points each member of a group has. Each member of the group has their name and an assigned number. I want to make it so that the user who views the dashboard can only see where they stack up against the others in a potential visual like the one shown, but only their name will show and/or be highlighted while still keeping the other people anonymous. Is it possible to have only the user's name show in the visual but the numbers for everyone else show? How should I go about doing this?
