REMOVE RECORD ON LIST IN POWER EDITOR

I have List contain Record like that: {"a", [{a1,a2}, {b1,b2}], "b", [{a1,a2},{d1,d2}], ""}

Record

""

I want to remove Record on list and return it by text, result:

a
b
How can I do that?

make the Json file available as well, this is required because I'm going to clean the record inside Power Query.
