i want to give custom colour  like  RGB(128,126,200)   like this  

where do i can chnge the default colurs to RGB?

You can't change PowerBI to use RGB but in google you can find an RGB to Hex converter.

Enter your RGB values then just copy the hex color code into PowerBI (Leave the '#' off).

In PowerBI, select the item you are trying to format. In the visualization, under the format tab you can pick your colors for the element.  

Pick the color drop down then click Customer color and put your hex code in the box then hit enter.
