Total Complaints = SUM ( FactTable[Total Complaints] )
Total Services = SUM ( FactTable[Total Services] )
Rank = RANKX ( ALLSELECTED ( FactTable ), [Total Complaints],, ASC )
Create a matrix using DimProvider[Provider] and the three measures. Add a visual filter:
