RANKX of Value for category

Hello all,

I tried to create RANKX based on the category to present the highest rank for specific Title. But the outcome for my rankx was 1 in each row.

rankCategory = RANKX(ALL(Table[Category]), Value)

Sample of the data used

TitleCategoryValueother columns
AABC15...
BABC16...
CABC20...
DABC84...
ECDE1...
FEFG34...
GEFG54...
HEFG14...
IHIJ25...
JHIJ64...
KZZ12...
LZZ25...

Desired outcome
