Quiz Data to BI

Just putting out to see what tools everyone is using for below scenario:

We have team members taking quizes that I want to track performance on.  We currently have this in Microsoft FORMS, but if the form is built in  a quiz format, I can't tie directly to BI.  I have to manually pull data and place in an excel file to then tie to BI.  I am trying to automate and wondering what tools (for the quiz) are you using that ties directly to BI?

You can consider using Flow to move the data from Forms into a  insert a record into Power BI dataset or spreadsheet with a Power BI dataset refresh trigger.

This only works for Surveys in FORMS, but FLOW does not recognize point values from quizzes in forms...
