Quickbooks online is a free app but if you want use App in power bi service, you need a power bi pro license
Here is a list of features supported by per-user license type.
Free Pro Connect to 70+ data sources Publish to Web Export to PowerPoint, Excel, CSV Enterprise distribution Apps Email subscriptions Embed APIs and controls https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-features-license-type
And i think you could download the Quickbooks app, maybe you are a 60days pro user.
