Good morning Helpers,
I have a question regarding connecting QuickBooks Online with PowerBI and the new connector and data schema since last update. In the past, with the old connector (which is still working), we can use functions to pull tables like general ledger and use that table to create visulizations. However, with the new connector, PowerBI no longer have those functions to pull reports. Instead, a list of tables are shown in Getting Data and all the tables seems to be the raw tables from QuickBooks Online to generate reports (See Photo Attached Below).
Can anyone help me with data schemas like how to use those tables to create general ledgers, or other ways to use the new connectors.
Thank you.

Hi @Anonymous ,
You could import tables you want from the list and it will set up a dataset.
Then you could create calculated columns/measures ( using DAX ) to get results and select correct visual to show your data.
Is anyone aware if QuickBooks Online Tags are avaialbe in the schema of the Power BI connector? I have an Essentials version of QBs and it allows me to add Tags and Tag Groups to my invoices. However, I have scoured the availalbe tables in Power BI and have been unable to find any reference to the Tags I created. This is very sad as the primary point of these tags is to support our business analytics. There is one report in QBs that allows me to filter on the Tags that have been created (Transaction List by Tag Group) . Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
Do these still work? Keep investing time in PowerBI QBO and tghey keep changing it. I get an Oauth error now. Can anybody get into the QBO tables?
A solution to this would be great. It seems on the General Ledger is not included.
As said here:

Use 'QuickBooks.Tables()' in Blank Query to get General Ledger.
However, I am very curious as to how to understand and the schema of tables as per new connector.
Hi @NimblAdmin @Anonymous
Is there a page with documentation about this connector? I'm using the function to call GeneralLedger but suddenly this week the data is not arriving complete to PowerBI.
How did you get GeneralLedger with the new connector?
Not certain how you tagged this as solved. Were you able to create a General Ledger table? If so, can you share how you did this? I am running into the probelm where I have created reports through the old connector and it had the General Ledger table (In PowerBI desktop). Now, with the new connector, the General Ledger table is unavailable. Did you get a solution?
