Hi all
i have a quick measure that divides the "Incidents closed" by the Opened incidents and it should show me the closure rate.
For 1 row it is correct but for another row it gives wrong value.
my measure is
incidents Closure rate = 1 - (VAR __BASELINE_VALUE = [Incidents closed] VAR __VALUE_TO_COMPARE = [Incidents opened] RETURN IF( NOT ISBLANK(__VALUE_TO_COMPARE); DIVIDE(__VALUE_TO_COMPARE - __BASELINE_VALUE; __BASELINE_VALUE) ))
my outcome you can find below.
What is the reason why week 4 shows wrong figures?
Thanks

Hi @jurgenvd,
If you directly add this measure to visual, does it return correct results?
Percentage=DIVIDE([Incidents closed],[Incidents opened])
Above formula is generated automatically via Quick measure, right? Please manually create a measure with the same DAX code to test whether it can display expected result.

Yuliana Gu

It's working! Thank you so much.
No idea why the quick measures gives a wrong calculation.
Thanks again !!
