Quick Measure Option ==> Selection a Calculation list is empty

which version of Power BI Desktop are you using? Seems to be a bug in recent versions.  You can switch to the Report View to see the list.

 

If you have a Pro license you can open a Pro ticket at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/newsupportticket/powerbi
Otherwise you can raise an issue at https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues .

I see that you're facing an issue where the Quick Measure list is empty in Power BI Desktop. As suggested by lbendlin, it could indeed be a bug in the recent version. Switching to the Report View is workaround, as Quick Measures are often more accessible there. 

Additionally, you might want to try the following steps to troubleshoot further: 

• Please make sure you are using the latest version of Power BI Desktop by checking for updates (File → Help → About). Issues like this are often fixed in newer releases. 

• After making changes, please restart Power BI Desktop to resolve any UI issues.
