I have below questions related to the built-in export function in the PowerBI
1 - When we export data using the export option in Power BI default file name is data. Can we set a custom default name for the CSV/XSLSX file instead of "data"?
2 - When we export data post applying a few slicers on the screen, Power BI mentions those filters at the bottom of the exported result. Is there any way to configure it, I was to hide this additional information.
Thank you for looking into it.
Hi @Gyan ,
Both of them are by design. When we export data from visual in Power BI Service, the file will be named as Data.csv/xlsx. And there are some filters on this visual, Power BI will show the information in export file. You can delete the information you don't want and rename the table as you want.
Best Regards,
Rico Zhou
