Question on Publish
Hi,
Are there ways to see the people I shared my link(s) or data in publish and eventually alter the authority for them to share the links to others plus make them a view?

Hello,
you can check who has access to the report under the "File" menu. You can also set on dataset setting if some user can reshare.
