Question about Power BI Embedded
As far as I know,
Pro Accounts: Your clients don’t need individual Pro accounts if you’re using Power BI Embedded and managing access through your web platform. You can use one Pro or Premium account and organize dashboards in separate workspaces.
Limitations: There’s no strict limit on the number of dashboards, but performance might drop with many users at once. Premium capacity can help handle more users efficiently.
I remember that when I joined the company, it was explained to me that it was done this way due to a token limit that Power BI Embedded has per account, which limited the number of dashboards that could be displayed in Embedded. However, I am not aware of this information and imagine that the data analyst before me was mistaken.
