Question About Deploy Power BI Report Server

I have tested Developer Version of Power BI report server before, but I found that the loading speed was slow. Here are 3 questions:

 

a) If I buy the license of Power BI Premium, can I use the Power BI report server product key from Power BI Premium to deploy the server locally? Also, can the loading speed be improved?

 

b) Should I need to buy the license of SQL Server 2019 Database again if I already have Power BI Premium?

    EthanLi , As far as I know, Power bi report server is on-premise offering and Power bi premium cloud offering.  So they two different worlds. Even the desktop version for both of them have a difference

     

    You can increase your can server size for the Power bi report server based on license.

     

    Consult Microsoft  sales or Microsoft partner, if needed
