Query timeout, out of memory

I am using the Power BI free version. We are working with a transaction table with 120 million rows and 2 dim tables with 5 million rows. The cube processes just fine when we load even the lowest dim levels, but when we try to load the cube with the time dimension as well the cube fails to process and gives out an out of memory error.

 

The cube uses 85% aggregated tables.

    ankitmane For large volumns of data you can try option of DirectQuery rather than importing in power bi desktop.

    You should make sure that you're using the 64-bit PowerBI Desktop version and have about 16GB of RAM.
