Query not Folding while extracting hour from datetime.

I have a dashboard which i want to deploy to an oracle DB, the DB size is huge so i was planning to go with the incremental refresh.

I've set the parameters and filtered the Datetime field, but the issue is in the step where i am extracting hour from the same datetime field into another column, then the native query becomes unavailable and the i'm not able to do an incremental refresh on the table,

Similarly there's another table where i'm filtering out the duplicates. Even that is making the query unfoldable.

Did any of you face this similar situation? If yes then how did you resolve it..?

@cmkrishnaprasad If you are using a source like RDBMS, it is preferred to have views at the source that take care of the basic transformation so that query folding doesn't break. In this case, I would recommend you create views, and use that in the Power BI rather than doing transformation in PQ.
