Query limit simulation is not showing in power bi desktop

Hi everyone!

I am facing a "Resources exceeded" problem after publishing the tabular report on app.powerbi. I searched related to it and found a solution to increase the timeout in the "Query limit simulation" option on the Power BI desktop. But, this option is not showing.

can anyone help me to work on it.

I found it but, I wanna increase the time on the Power bi service. How can I do it? Please share the idea if anyone knows.
