thanks for the answer, but I do not mean that generate a hyperlink with an image, if not, that when filtering the data, for example thorax and legs, from the image that I mark, is lit or placed with a darker color "the thorax" and "the legs".

I know that there is a website https://okviz.com/synoptic-panel/ visuals for visual effects, but I want to know if there is another page where you can get images like the example I uploaded above.

In  amitchandak 's reply, he shows you how to show image by URL in Power BI. From your statement, I think you want to get data from URL? You can try web connector in Power BI.

@Syndicate_Admin , You can have an image in the field/column and then use conditional formatting URL on the same column that will create a link
