Query IF ELSE OR - IDK

Hello.

Have a (in my head) easy query but i don't know how to get it done without a syntax or an error.

i have two rows:
Date and a Time

this is for a tree shift model. so in CW 1 shift A is the morning shift and Shift B the late-Shift AND Shift C the night Shift.

Becuase of the "IF(ISODD....) " i know when Shift A has Morning and when Shift B
i also can extract the hour of the Time with IF(OR(HOUR....) 

BUT
i don't get it work in ONE Query
Can someone help me here?
