Query Help to Do the information go up one row

 Hi, Im new here, ... im trying to learn M language. How can i do to do the information of the second column go up one row like the photo.

Thanks a lot Yuliana Gu. I saw a solution yestarday using [column] {[index]} but couldn't do it works. The first article made it easy.

@EduFusiger,

You can use Fill Up under Transform Tab on the second column in Query Editor

Thanks, but this makes the information goes up to all the Rows .... I need the information of the second column goes up just 1 rows
