Queries on Power BI.
1. How is security is taken care of in Power BI? I know RLS for Multi dimensional cube.
Using a Tabular model and the AS connector is the only current way to get RLS. Other overall security is described here
2. How is data refresh done on PowerBI.com?
Depends on where you data resides. more detail here
3. Is PowerBI.com dashboards exported to PDF/Word?
No you can't export. But there is a new app that was just released that you can utilize tiles in Power Point and Excel. Here
