Quaterly data in waterfall visuals
Could anyone help me to create a waterfall visual quarterly, please find the mockup data below:
Date---Water usage ---ID--Year

I have a Date table that we created and given the relationship between two tables by date.
Below are achieved yearly data but my requirement is:
Quarterly timeframe and for five years i.e., 20 data points excluding the first data point which is Baseline.
