Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly, and Measure in a Single Table

Hi guys. I want to know if this is possible to be shown in a single table/matrix, and if not, what would you suggest?

 Qtr 1Qtr 2Qtr 3(Qtr2-Qtr3)Month 1Month 2Month 3(Mo2-Mo3)Week 1Week 2Week 3(Wk2-Wk3)
Attendance95.92%97.76%90.45%7.31%96.36%99.54%94.83%4.70%97.18%87.65%91.03%-3.38%
Performance86.53%99.83%95.13%4.70%96.43%86.31%96.51%-10.20%98.16%94.59%85.34%9.25%

Dataset includes these columns : Date, Quarter, Month, Week, Attendance, Performance. Rows are on employee level.

For the attendance and performance columns, I was able to switch values to rows.

Quarters, Months and Weeks should be averages based on their respective Q/M/W columns in the dataset.

I used Top N filters to show the last 3 quarters, months and weeks in the dataset.

The columns in red text are the most problematic ones, as I need to find the difference between the second to the last Q/M/W minus the last Q/M/W. I can probably stack three tables together (messy) to make it appear as if it was one table, but the data needs to be readily exported in Excel. Is this even possible with CALCULATE, VAR, and MAX or table grouping?

Thanks in advance!

Don't do it, it's not worth the effort.
