i want to display the quarter in card the rows number is the right number but i dont know what is this number or from where is coming
this is the measure i used
the quarter = SUMX(ALLEXCEPT(Append1,Append1[quarter no 1]),[IDP Arrived IND 2018+2019])

To create a measure as below.
the quarter = var q = MAX(Append1[quarter no 1]) return CALCULATE(SUM(Append1[IDP Arrived IND 2018+2019]),FILTER(ALL(Append1),Append1[quarter no 1]=q))
